Updated October 2020 in line with the Consumer Rights Act. ( this replaces the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Services Act 1982 – the new Consumer Rights Act is law as of Oct 15 and is a consolidation of existing common law and statutory rights, so that everything is brought together.
